American Hydroformers machining and milling division offers both conventional and custom CNC solutions for a variety of applications. We provide a number of CNC related services including machining, milling, shaping, reaming, grinding, turning, and boring. In addition to tubular hydroforming, heavy fabrication, pre-bending, performing, and annealing, American Hydroformers can provide full machining of parts and finished assemblies in-house. Our 100,000 sq/ft manufacturing facilities feature some of the most sophisticated CNC Lathes and Mills currently available and allow us to produce some of the largest parts and structures.

American Hydroformers extensive experience in various fabrication methods and material selection helps reduce overall part costs by significantly reducing tooling and production expenses. Our on-site tool and die production facility allows us to make our own dies, moldings and fixtures in house.  We have the ability to machine and mill practically any material including brass, bronze alloys, stainless steel, and copper.

Mazak VTC-300C

The Mazak VTC-300C is vertical machine center that is capable of high speed rapid traverse up to 36m per minute. With a large table cross dimension of 2000mm, the Mazak VTC-300C can accommodate large scale production.

Mazak Super Quickturn 250M

The Highly accurate and reliable Mazak Super Quickturn 250m provides 280mm in machining diameter and up to 51mm in bar diameter. Additionally, this machine features maximum machining diameter of 360mm.

Twin-Brother TC-32B QT

The TC-32B QT combines 30 machining capabilities with a 40 tool storage capacity to provide high quality production. Additional features include a rapid traverse rate of 70m per minute, enhanced quick table for large work pieces, and multiple part machining.

Mazak Nexus 510C

The Mazak Nexus 510C-II is a vertical machining center that is equipped with Mazatrol Matrix Nexus CNC technology. This provides the capability and productivity for both conversational or EIA programming.
