Facilities
Our manufacturing facilities feature a convenient Midwest location that provides easy inbound and outbound freight lanes. Additionally, our 365,000 sq/ft factory employs the latest hydroforming presses as well as numerous metal fabrication, assembly, cutting and etching equipment. At American Hydroformers, we are large enough to produce some of the biggest hydroformed parts and structures but are also positioned to provide cost effective small runs and prototyping as well as die testing.

With a vast range of manufacturing expertise, American Hydroformers provides customers with a single point of responsibility for part production, welding, assembly, and fabrication. Our complete collection of equipment under one roof benefits customers in a number of ways, such as production time and cost. Our large network of suppliers and highly trained personnel allow us to deliver expert advice and design suggestions as well as offer high quality components.
Redundancy
At American Hydroformers, our triple redundancy system has allowed us to establish a failsafe contingency plan for on time production and manufacturing. With 3 independent, automated hydroforming cells, our redundant capabilities provide a more efficient and reliable production process. Additionally, by utilizing a completely automated system, American Hydroformers can also better control material costs by reducing waste and scrap.
